Ontogeny for post-crystallization processes of mineral formation is considered by us as a special promising direction in genetic mineralogy studying the \"life\" of mineral individuals and their aggregates after crystallization. On the example of the Khibiny alkaline complex, is shown how the results of such studies can be used as post-crystallization mineralogenetic indicators to resolve controversial questions of geochemistry, petrology and ore genesis and reconstruction of the geological history of complex geological objects. The findings of these studies are also important for phylogeny, in connection with the refinement of selection criteria for mineral species and their varieties, taking into account the changes the boundaries of the mineral stability region of a particular mineral species due to variations in the physico-chemical parameters of the mineral-preserving environment for geological time.
