Makeyev A.B., Lutoev V,P, The mineral composition of concentrates titanium ores of Pizhemsky deposit (Middle Timan). Perfected flowsheet producing titanium mineral concentrates from ore Pizhemskoe deposits comprising: crushing, ottirku, desliming, gravity concentration, magnetic separation and classification. The non-magnetic fraction (class -0.50 + 0.125 mm) focuses almost the entire leucoxene. The non-magnetic fraction (-0.125 + 0.040 class mm) accumulate leucoxene, rutile and zircon. The magnetic fraction of both the productive classes get ilmenite, Fe-rutile, psevdorutil and siderite. The first is well established relationship leukoxen and magnetic titanium minerals ≈ 5: 3 in the collective concentrate. And the ratio psevdorutila to ilmenite and Fe-rutile ≈ 20: 4: 6. It was found that a large fraction of the class of magnetic sample is approximately the ratio is preserved. A small fraction of this ratio changes to increase and decrease the ilmenite Fe-rutile.
