Abstract - Summary (short description): | |
Was done several experiments on the effects of temperature on the morphology of copper at electrocrystallization.The essence of the experiments was to obtain an electrochemical copper deposits at fixed conditions (solution concentration, deposition time, the value of the equilibrium potential) and the study of the morphology of ex-situ AFM. For the experiments were temperature, corresponding to the maximum (48.8 and 49.6 ° C) and minima (49.2 ° C) growth rates of crystals of copper. |
