Abstract - Summary 
(short description):
Laser atomizing of CdP2, Cd3P2, CdP4 and Cd7P10 monocrystals is used to produce cadmium phosphide thin amorphous films. The electron diffraction method is used to study these films atomic structure. Experimental atomic radial distribution functions with order range up to 1 nm were expounded using fragmentary model. Fragments of volatile CdP4 and Cd7P10 compounds exist in films independently on the initial phase composition.
