In recent years in the Russia and the world several coal and coaly shists deposits have been revealed containing such potentially valuable rare elements (REE, PGE, Au, Ag a.o.) in concentrations acheaving equal levels in comparison with their traditional deposits. Modea of occurrences of these elements in such geological objects are poorly investigated, that limitates ways of their technological extraction. CamScan with Link device and SUPRA LEO SRV-32 electron-microscopic investigations of coal and coaly shists specimens belonging to the coal-bearing stratum formed in Miocene age within the limits of the Pavlovskaya erosion-tectonical depression have been provided. Along with the formerly found by us and our colleagues in-citu (autigeneous) minerals (barite, phosphates and fluory-carbonates of REE, sulphides, native metals and intermetallides of Fe, Ni, Co, Cu, Zn, Bi, Ag, Pt) we have revealed several else REE-intermetallides minerals. Compositions of several such micron in size minerals are very unusual ans unknown in mineralogical literature as well as among the artificial phases-bertollides. Up- to- date there were no so bright manifestation of a new natural phenomenon -Ц REE selective separation. Such selectivity is essentially natural only to the bacterial microorganisms activity.
