The RMS Annual Sessioon 2012 (AS2012) together with the
traditional biannual Fedorov Session (FS2012) and the RMS Academic council
session will be organized in the oldest technical university of Russia, the
Saint Petersburg State Mining University (founded 1773). Scientific profile of the
conferences covers the recent progress in mineralogy, crystallography,
petrology, geochemistry and ore deposits study.
The aim of the traditional Fedorov Session is to discuss trends
in scientific directions established by Prof. Evgraf Fedorov
(1853-1919).
